(Please note that this schedule of work can and will change, but it gives a general idea of timing for work on these projects. The projects are listed in the anticipated order that work will progress. We will periodically give updates as the work is completed and schedules change.)
CSAH 7 (from CSAH 26 to TH 10):
-Work is scheduled to start here first and is planned for closure staring Monday, May 9th for culvert work and mid-May for paving.
-The road will be closed to thru traffic with a detour in place while culvert pipes are replaced between Norris Rd. and Pulaski Rd.
-The detour route will follow along CSAH 26, to CSAH 17, to CSAH 18, to TH 10.
-Upon completion of culvert pipe replacements, the roadway will receive a mill and overlay resurfacing of the pavement.
CSAH 26 (from CSAH 21 to CSAH 7):
-Work is scheduled to start here mid-May for paving.
-The road will be open to traffic with flaggers during work to complete a mill and overlay resurfacing of the pavement.
CSAH 24 (from CSAH 11 to CSAH 21):
-Work is scheduled to start here mid-May for culvert work and late-May for paving.
-The road will be closed to thru traffic with a short term road closure while culvert pipe work is completed between 203rd Ave. and 215th Ave. & between 255th Ave. and CSAH 21.
-No detour will be provided due to the short time period involved for this culvert work (traffic will need to use alternate route).
-Upon completion of the culvert pipe excavation work, the roadway will receive a mill and overlay resurfacing of the pavement.
CSAH 55 (from TH 10 to Wadena County CSAH 2):
-Work is scheduled to start here early-June for paving.
-The road will be open to traffic with flaggers during work to complete a mill and overlay resurfacing of the pavement.
CSAH 34 / Warner Road (from Airport Rd. in Staples to the Crow Wing River Bridge):
– Work is scheduled to start here May 9th for subgrade correction work and mid-June for paving.
-The road will be closed to thru traffic with a short term road closure while subgrade correction work is completed between 8th Street and 285th Avenue.
-No detour will be provided due to the short time period involved for the excavation related work (traffic will need to use alternate route).
-Upon completion of subgrade work, the roadway will receive a mill and overlay resurfacing of the pavement.
CR 73 (from TH 210 to CSAH 23):
-Work is scheduled to start here in early-June for reclaiming with culvert work and late-June for paving.
-The road will be closed to thru traffic with a detour in place while culvert pipes are replaced between TH 210 and U.S. Hwy. 71.
-The detour route will follow along TH 210, to U.S. Hwy. 71.
-Upon completion of culvert pipe replacements, the roadway will be reclaimed (exist. pavement ground-up with base material below) and re-paved.
CSAH 21 (Bridge Replacement at Eagle Creek in Browerville):
-The road will be closed to thru traffic with a detour in place while the bridge is replaced with box culverts.
-The detour route will follow along CSAH 20, to CR 89, to U.S. Hwy. 71.
-Upon completion of the bridge replacement, the roadway will be restored with new pavement.
CSAH 21 (Miscellaneous Culvert Replacement):
-The road will be closed to thru traffic using the same detour as the bridge replacement project since it is located just north of the bridge.
-The schedule for this replacement is anticipated to start mid-September with a completion anticipated for mid-October.
