“Is it poisonous?” is a common question that’s asked when an exposure to a potentially hazardous substance occurs. However, there is often not a simple “yes” or “no” answer since toxicity can depend on main factors. In recognition of National Poison Prevention Week, March 15-21 the Minnesota Poison Control System and Safe Kids Minnesota would like to remind Minnesotans that almost anything can be poisonous if it’s used in the wrong way, in the wrong amount, or by the wrong person.
