Announcement of Closed Meeting

This notice is to advise the public that the Todd County Board of Commissioners will be meeting in a closed session commencing at approximately 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16^th, 2024 in the Commissioners Board Room.

The Commissioners will hold a closed session under the attorney-client privilege pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 13D.05, subd. 3(b), to discuss the following pending litigation:

1) Status of settlement negotiations between the Todd County Attorney and counsel for Circle R Ranch regarding its youth camp licensure; and

2) The potential litigation arising from the recent Dairy Ridge CUP denial
