Film Plastic Recycling Program
Todd County is working with Otter Tail County to expand the Film Plastic Recycling Program into a regional program serving Otter Tail, Todd, and Wadena counties. Continuation and expansion of the program was made possible by a recycling grant from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
Farms or other collection sites that already have a Revolution Plastics dumpster from the program that started in 2016 are allowed to keep the dumpster, and Otter Tail County will arrange for the dumpsters to be serviced. Collection is free for the first 12 months of the grant period, although Todd County Solid Waste is evaluating what an appropriate fee for the service would be after the initial collection period.
Collection Schedule
Monthly
OR – drop off at the Todd County Transfer Station during business hours.
