Todd County offers business technical assistance through Todd County Development Corporation (TCDC). TCDC hosts a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Outreach Office, providing free education, training and technical assistance to entrepreneurs, businesses and other organizations. TCDC provides site selection assistance through Location One Information System (LOIS). TCDC additionally works with local lenders and administers a revolving loan fund to financially assist business development projects in Todd County.

Small Business Development Center
Todd County Development Corporation (TCDC) is designated as a Small Business Development Center Outreach Office, providing “FREE” business technical services to all of Todd County. The TCDC SBDC office is part of the North Central Minnesota Small Business Development Center located in the Business and Industry Center at Central Lakes College in Brainerd. We are able to discuss your project or idea in confidence, work with you to determine the type or level of technical assistance required and provide the resources needed to help make your project a success.
