2020-2021 Todd County MFIP Biennial Service Agreement – for Public Comment

Under Minnesota Statutes,
section 256J.626, subdivision 4; counties are required to submit a Biennial
Service Agreement (BSA) to be approved by the Minnesota Department of Human
Services (DHS) to receive consolidated funds for the Minnesota Family
Investment Program (MFIP).  The purpose of the BSA is to provide DHS with
information about services and strategies intended to meet program measures
with the goal of increasing the economic stability of low income families on
MFIP.  The BSA is posted to allow a period of 30 days for public comments
on the contents of the agreement before approval.  If you have comments,

Region Five Development Commission (R5DC) was the recipient of MnDOT’s Regional Transportation Coordinating Councils (RTCC) grant and hosted public meetings throughout the region. The goal of the events was to share details about the RTCC and gather feedback from the general public and stakeholders to assist in planning and implementing strategies that meet the regional transit coordination needs for Region Five.

Notice of Transportation Sales and Use Tax

Notice of Transportation Sales and Use Tax | Todd County, MN

On September 9th, 2014 the Todd County Board of Commissioners approved, by County Board Resolution, the establishment of a Todd County Transportation Sales and Use Tax per Minnesota Statute 297A.993. This is a 1/2% sales tax that is solely dedicated for the construction and maintenance of Todd County highways and will become effective on January 1st, 2015. Residents and businesses in Todd County may owe a local use tax on purchases of goods and services made outside of Todd County. Taxpayers may get further information and forms necessary for calculating and paying the tax on the following Minnesota Department of Revenue Website:
