Current Work Scheduled:
(Please note that this schedule of work can and will change, but it gives a general idea of timing for work on these projects.)
CSAH 14 (Long Prairie River Bridge Replacement Project – East of Browerville):
-Work is scheduled to start here on Monday, August 12th for road closure and setup of detour signs, including start of bridge removal work.
-The detour will be setup to take traffic on TH 71, to CSAH 21, to CR 63, to CR 79, to CR 62, to CSAH 16 to get traffic to either side of the river on CSAH 14.
-The CSAH 14 roadway will be closed between the TH 71 intersection and the CSAH 5 / CSAH 16 intersection for the next 3 months, as the project is scheduled for completion by November 4th.
CSAH 2 (from TH 28 to East County Line):
-Culvert pipe replacements and subgrade corrective work has been completed, including all bituminous pavement resurfacing work. Shouldering work is also completed.
-Pavement markings / road striping work is planned for completion the week of August 5th.
-Culvert pipe liner installations are completed, with only cement grouting work to finish, anticipated all work to be completed by mid-August.
CSAH 15 (from South County Line to CSAH 2):
-Bituminous pavement reclamation and resurfacing work has been completed, including shouldering.
-Pavement markings / road striping work is planned for completion the week of August 5th.
-Culvert pipe liner installations are completed, with only cement grouting work to finish, anticipated all work to be completed by mid-August.
CSAH 33 (from TH 28 to CSAH 47):
-Bituminous pavement resurfacing and shouldering work has been completed.
-Pavement markings / road striping work is planned for completion the week of August 5th.
CSAH 38 (from CSAH 11 to City Limits of Long Prairie):
-Bituminous pavement resurfacing and shouldering work has been completed.
-Pavement markings / road striping work is planned for completion the week of August 5th.
CSAH 46 (from CR 91 to CSAH 51):
-The road will remain closed to thru traffic with a detour in place while the culvert replacement and grading related work is finished-up between I-94 and Schoolhouse Road in West Union.
-The detour route follows along CSAH 46 West (from the CR 91 intersection), to Douglas CSAH 3, to TH 27, to CSAH 51.
-Final grading work, reclamation work and paving are anticipated to be finished mid-August
-Turf restoration work should also be completed by mid-August with the road opened back up to traffic.
CR 86 (from CSAH 11 to CSAH 56):
-Bituminous pavement resurfacing and shouldering work has been completed.
-Pavement markings / road striping work is planned for completion the week of August 5th.
CR 100 (from CSAH 15 to CSAH 2):
-Bituminous pavement resurfacing and shouldering work has been completed.
-Pavement markings / road striping work is planned for completion the week of August 5th.
CR 103 (from CSAH 2 to TH 28):
-Bituminous pavement resurfacing and shouldering work has been completed.
-Pavement markings / road striping work is planned for completion the week of August 5th.
Lake Wobegon Trail (from Trail Bridge SE of TH 27 to the Stearns County Line):
-Paving work has started and is anticipated to completed by Monday, August 5th.
-Shouldering and cleanup work will also be completed the week of August 5th thru 9th. -The trail is temporarily closed to ped/bike traffic during this work and should be open for use by August 9th at the latest.
