Public Notice: Joint Judicial Ditches #5 & #8

Notice is given by means of this legal newspaper that a Public Informational Meeting will be held on February 10, 2010 at 7pm.  It will be held at the new Staples City Hall located at 122 6th Street NE, Staples MN. The primary purpose of this informational meeting is to educate the public and provide information about the Judicial Ditches in Staples, particularly the processes associated with maintenance, repairs, benefits, assessments, and other ditch-related activity. All interested landowners are welcome and encouraged to attend this Informational Meeting.  Todd County Commissioner Mark Blessing, Wadena County Commissioner DavidSchermerhorn, Wadena County Commissioner Ralph Miller, County Administrator Nate Burkett, City Administrator Nate Mathews, Attorney Kurt Deter, County Auditor Karen Busch, Public Works Director Loren Fellbaum and County Ditch Inspector Nancy Uhlenkamp will be present.  If any additional information is needed before this meeting, please contact Nancy Uhlenkamp County Ditch Inspector at: 347 Central Ave Suite 2, Long Praire, MN, 56347, Phone 320-533-4651, email nancy.uhlenkamp@co.todd.mn.us
