The National Influenza Vaccination Week (NIVW) is a national awareness week focused on highlighting the importance of influenza vaccination.  NIVW 2017 will be observed December 3-9. 
 
What & Why:  An annual flu vaccine is the best way to protect against this potentially serious disease. 
Flu vaccination can reduce flu illnesses, doctor visits, missed work and school due to flu, as well as prevent flu-related hospitalizations.
Todd County Health and Human Services is developing the CY 2018-2019 Biennial Service Agreement for the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP).  Citizen input is invited in the development of this biennial plan. 
The draft of the MFIP Biennial Service Agreement will be available for review and comment until November 24, 2017.  This plan can be reviewed on the Todd County website at www.co.todd.mn.us, select Divisions - Health and Human Services (or click below on "MFIP Biennial Service Agreement").
