Todd County Extension, the local educational outreach of the University of Minnesota, provides research based education and information in areas of Agriculture, Horticulture, Youth and 4H, and Food and Nutrition. Extension works in partnership with other public and private entities to build the capacity of individuals and communities to address issues related to needs and goals. The Todd County Extension office, funded by the county, makes use of state and federal funded University of Minnesota Extension Regional and Campus resources.

Todd County has two vacancies on the County Extension Committee for District 3 & District 4.

The Todd County Livestock Advisory Council invites everyone to the fifth annual Todd County “Breakfast on the Farm”. It will be held on Saturday, July 20th from 7:00 to 11:00 AM at Twin Eagle Dairy owned by Pat and Jody Lunemann of Clarissa, MN.  The cost of “Breakfast on the Farm” is $1.00 per person. Breakfast for a Buck!  Park your vehicle at the Clarissa Ballroom and climb aboard the free shuttle bus to Twin Eagle Dairy for breakfast and some country hospitality.
