The Todd County Offices close at 12:00 (noon) on December 31, 2012 - To assure that your 2012 real estate documents which are submitted to the Recorder's Office are recorded within the 2012 calendar year - please have them submitted to that office by at least 11:00 on December 31, 2012.  If you have questions, please contact the Recorder at 320-732-4459.

Another reminder: January 1 2013 any unpaid 2012 taxes become "delinquent taxes" and for splits the 2013 taxes must be paid in full.
