The Administration Office coordinates human resource and labor relations functions, serves as staff to the County Board to develop policy proposals, assists with constituent services, and provides general support.
The Todd County Board of Commissioners has requested public comment from any and all interest parties on a proposed Todd County Parks and Trails Ordinance.  Public Comment will be recieved until December 2, 2011.

Todd County has recieved a grant from the Statewide Health Improvement Program to develop a conceptual plan for a county-wide senior services center.  In conjunction with the Initiative Foundation's Healthy Communities Partnership Program, the Todd County Council on Aging will be heading up the effort to develop a conceptual plan for a county-wide senior services facility in Eagle Bend.
An application for bonding has been submitted to the State of Minnesota, for consideration during the 2012 legislative session.

The Todd County Board of Commissioners has accepted a grant in the amount of $40,000 from the Blandin Foundation and $20,000 from Arvig Communications to perform a feasability study to provide a Fiber to the Home network to every home and business in Todd County.
The feasability study, to be performed by U-reka Broadband of Stillwater, MN will help determine the needs of the County for infrastructure, identify potential users, and outline an implementation plan ands costs associated with such a network.
