Landshark Available to Subscribers

Todd County offers LANDSHARK which is an online subscription to access the recorder's records. Our software does include images of the paper tract books available also.

COST:
$50.00 sign up fee

Two monthly access levels:  
$50.00/month (Level 1) which gives up to 200 images a month
$100.00/month (Level 2) which gives unlimited images a month.

To sign up you need to complete an agreement and submit a payment of the $50.00 sign up fee plus two months of whichever level you are choosing. Make checks payable to TODD COUNTY RECORDER.
