One More Geographic Information Systems Step Completed

One More Geographic Information Systems Step Completed
There are currently 14,808 physical addresses in Todd County’s addressing system. In partnership with our 11 cities we have developed an ongoing maintenance program to assure changes and additions are regularly updated for both the city and county addresses. The city staff have been, and continue to be, great to work with. Having accurate physical addresses accessible through the AS400 parcel tax system, associated with the parcel numbers, is valuable to everyone throughout the county. This is one more step completed in the development of a more efficient system for accessing land information in Todd County.

Physical addresses and their locations are used for a number of  applications including E911, Census, Zoning, and Economic Development.
